This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) governs the shipment, delivery, and distribution of all physical merchandise and the delivery of digital products sold, distributed, or otherwise made available by ZYNK Events, including through its websites, mobile applications, on-ground event sales, and third-party marketplaces.

By placing an order with ZYNK Events, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Shipping Policy in full.

1. Interpretation and Definitions

Words with capitalized initials shall have meanings assigned to them under this Policy. These definitions apply regardless of whether the terms appear in singular or plural form.

  • “Company,” “We,” “Us,” “Our” refers to ZYNK Events, operating from Mumbai, India.
  • “Customer,” “You,” “Your” refers to any individual or legal entity purchasing or accessing products from ZYNK Events.
  • “Products” refers to physical merchandise and digital products sold or distributed by ZYNK Events.
  • “Courier Partner” refers to third-party logistics providers such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DHL, FedEx, or similar entities.
  • “Delivery Confirmation” means confirmation of delivery as recorded by the courier partner or digital delivery system.

2. Shipping Coverage

2.1 Domestic and International Shipping

ZYNK Events ships products within India and internationally, subject to operational feasibility, legal restrictions, and courier availability.

2.2 Restricted Locations

We reserve the absolute right to restrict, suspend, or refuse shipping to certain countries, states, cities, or regions at our sole discretion, including but not limited to regions affected by legal restrictions, sanctions, logistical constraints, or heightened risk.

Such restrictions shall not give rise to any claim, refund, or compensation unless explicitly stated by ZYNK Events.

3. Shipping Partners and Fulfilment

3.1 Third-Party Couriers

All physical merchandise is shipped using third-party courier partners. ZYNK Events does not operate its own delivery fleet.

3.2 Limited Liability Framework

While ZYNK Events may assist Customers in coordinating with courier partners, delivery operations remain subject to the courier’s systems, processes, and constraints.

ZYNK Events shall not be held responsible for delays, loss, theft, or damage unless such fault is expressly confirmed in writing by the courier partner after investigation.

4. Shipping Timelines

4.1 Estimated Timelines Only

All shipping timelines displayed on the Website or communicated via email, SMS, or other channels are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

4.2 Excluded Delays

ZYNK Events shall not be liable for delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance
  • Weather conditions
  • Strikes or labor disruptions
  • Government actions
  • Festivals or public holidays
  • Force majeure events (including pandemics, natural disasters, or logistics shutdowns)

Such delays do not constitute breach of contract.

5. Shipping Charges and Taxes

5.1 Dynamic Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated dynamically based on location, package weight, dimensions, and courier rates. Charges are displayed at checkout where applicable.

5.2 International Duties and Taxes

For international shipments, all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, local levies, and clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the Customer.

ZYNK Events shall not be liable for refusal, seizure, or delay by customs authorities.

6. Address Accuracy and Failed Deliveries

6.1 Customer Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate, complete, and deliverable shipping information.

6.2 Incorrect Address

Orders placed with incorrect or incomplete addresses may be cancelled without refund, at the sole discretion of ZYNK Events.

6.3 Failed Delivery Due to Customer

If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, refusal, or non-response, ZYNK Events shall bear no liability, and re-shipping costs (if any) shall be borne entirely by the Customer.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

7.1 Lost Shipments

ZYNK Events shall not be liable for lost shipments unless the courier partner officially confirms fault in writing.

7.2 Damaged Items

To raise a damage claim, Customers must:

  • Provide an unboxing video and clear photographs
  • Submit evidence within the timeframe communicated by ZYNK Events

Approval or rejection of damage claims shall be at the sole discretion of ZYNK Events.

8. Event Merchandise Specific Terms

8.1 No Delivery Guarantee Before Event

Event-exclusive or limited-edition merchandise carries no guarantee of delivery before the event date.

8.2 No Ticket Refund Linkage

Failure to receive merchandise shall not constitute grounds for ticket refunds, chargebacks, or event access claims.

9. Digital Products Shipping

9.1 Delivery Method

Digital products are delivered via:

  • Email
  • User account dashboard
  • Secure download links

9.2 No Refunds

Once digital delivery is completed, no refunds, cancellations, or reversals shall be permitted.

ZYNK Events reserves the right to revoke access in cases of fraud, misuse, or chargebacks.

10. Risk Transfer

10.1 Transfer of Risk

Risk associated with physical merchandise transfers to the Customer upon delivery confirmation, as recorded by the courier partner.

11. Fraud Prevention and Order Cancellation

ZYNK Events reserves the right to:

  • Cancel shipments suspected of fraud
  • Withhold delivery pending verification
  • Blacklist users engaging in abuse or chargebacks

Such actions shall not give rise to any liability.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law

This Shipping Policy shall be governed by the laws of India.

12.2 Arbitration

All disputes shall be resolved through mandatory arbitration prior to litigation, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

12.3 Jurisdiction

Subject to arbitration, courts in Mumbai, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

ZYNK Events reserves the unrestricted right to:
