1. Introduction and Applicability of Event Ticket Terms

These Event Ticket Terms (“Event Ticket Terms”, “Terms”, or “Agreement”) govern the purchase, possession, transfer, use, and entry associated with all event tickets (“Ticket” or “Tickets”) issued, sold, distributed, or otherwise authorized by ZYNK Events (“Company”, “ZYNK Events”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”). These Event Ticket Terms apply uniformly to all event intellectual properties (IPs), formats, brands, sub-brands, festivals, concerts, competitions, shows, exhibitions, tournaments, experiences, digital or hybrid events, whether existing now or created in the future by ZYNK Events.

By purchasing, receiving, holding, transferring, or using a Ticket, the purchaser and/or attendee (“Ticket Holder”, “You”, or “Attendee”) acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Event Ticket Terms. These Terms constitute a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

If You do not agree to these Event Ticket Terms, You must not purchase, possess, transfer, or use a Ticket.

2. Legal Framework and Indian Law Compliance

These Event Ticket Terms are drafted in accordance with applicable Indian laws, including but not limited to:

• Indian Contract Act, 1872
• Consumer Protection Act, 2019
• Information Technology Act, 2000
•  Applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) laws
• Local municipal, police, and licensing regulations
• Judicial precedents applicable within the Republic of India

Nothing in these Event Ticket Terms shall be interpreted as waiving any non-waivable statutory rights under Indian law; however, to the maximum extent permitted by law, ZYNK Events limits its obligations and liabilities as set out herein.

3.1 Ticket Is Not Property

A Ticket represents a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable (except as expressly permitted), and personal license to attend a specific Event at a specific venue, date, and time, subject to these Event Ticket Terms. A Ticket does not constitute ownership, tenancy, lease, easement, or any other proprietary or possessory right.

3.2 Right of Admission Reserved

ZYNK Events and/or the venue management reserve the absolute right to refuse entry or eject any Ticket Holder who:

• Violates these Event Ticket Terms
• Fails to comply with venue rules or lawful instructions
• Engages in unsafe, disruptive, unlawful, or objectionable conduct

No refund or compensation shall be payable in such cases.

4. Ticket Purchase, Issuance, and Validation

4.1 Final and Binding Transaction

All Ticket purchases are final and binding at the time of successful payment. Confirmation of purchase constitutes acceptance of these Event Ticket Terms.

4.2 Digital and Physical Tickets

Tickets may be issued in physical, digital, QR-code, NFT-based, or any other format as determined by ZYNK Events. The Company is not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or unauthorized duplication of Tickets.

4.3 Verification and Identification

ZYNK Events reserves the right to verify Tickets and may require valid government-issued photo identification (Aadhaar, Passport, PAN, Driving Licence, or equivalent) for entry.

5. Pricing, Fees, and Taxes

5.1 Ticket Pricing

Ticket prices are determined by ZYNK Events at its sole discretion and may vary based on category, phase, demand, or promotional strategy.

5.2 Taxes and Charges

All prices may be exclusive or inclusive of GST, convenience fees, platform fees, or other statutory levies as applicable under Indian law. Such charges are non-refundable.

6. Strict Non-Refundable Policy

6.1 Absolute Non-Refundability

All Tickets sold by ZYNK Events are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Personal inconvenience or change of plans
• Illness, injury, or medical emergencies
• Travel delays or cancellations
•  Visa or documentation issues
• Weather conditions
•  Artist, participant, or schedule changes
• Event rescheduling, modification, or partial disruption

This non-refundable condition is a fundamental term of the contract and is clearly disclosed prior to purchase.

6.2 No Exceptions

No refunds, credits, or chargebacks shall be issued once a Ticket has been purchased, except where explicitly mandated by a competent court under Indian law.

7. Event Cancellation, Postponement, and Force Majeure

7.1 Force Majeure Events

ZYNK Events shall not be liable for cancellation, delay, or modification of an Event due to force majeure circumstances, including but not limited to acts of God, pandemics, government orders, curfews, strikes, riots, natural disasters, or security threats.

7.2 No Refund Obligation

In such cases, Tickets shall remain non-refundable. ZYNK Events may, at its sole discretion, offer alternative arrangements such as rescheduled access, without creating any legal obligation.

8. Ticket Transfer Policy

8.1 Permitted Transfer

While Tickets are non-refundable, they may be transferred to another individual for attending the Event, subject to these Event Ticket Terms.

8.2 Conditions of Transfer

• Transfers are allowed for personal use only
• Commercial resale is prohibited unless expressly authorized
• The original purchaser remains responsible for compliance

8.3 Acceptance by Transferee

The transferee shall be deemed to have accepted these Event Ticket Terms upon entry to the Event.

9. Prohibition on Unauthorized Resale and Scalping

Unauthorized resale, duplication, auctioning, or exploitation of Tickets is strictly prohibited and may result in cancellation without refund.

10. Event Modifications and Artist Changes

ZYNK Events reserves the right to modify the Event format, venue, schedule, lineup, seating, or any element of the Event. Such changes shall not entitle Ticket Holders to refunds.

11. Entry Rules, Security, and Conduct

11.1 Security Checks

All attendees are subject to security checks. Prohibited items may be confiscated.

11.2 Code of Conduct

Any disorderly, abusive, discriminatory, or illegal conduct may result in immediate removal without refund.

12. Health, Safety, and Risk Assumption

Attendance involves inherent risks. Ticket Holders voluntarily assume all risks associated with the Event, including injury, illness, or property loss.

13. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property related to the Event, including trademarks, logos, stage designs, and content, are owned exclusively by ZYNK Events.

Unauthorized recording or commercial use is prohibited.

14. Media Release and Consent

By attending the Event, Ticket Holders grant ZYNK Events a perpetual, royalty-free right to use their image, voice, and likeness for promotional and commercial purposes.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, ZYNK Events shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from Ticket purchase or Event attendance.

16. Indemnity

Ticket Holders agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZYNK Events from any claims arising from breach of these Event Ticket Terms.

17. Ticket Cancellation and Termination

ZYNK Events reserves the right to cancel any Ticket without refund for violation of these Event Ticket Terms or applicable laws.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Event Ticket Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts within India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Event Ticket Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.

20. Amendments and Updates

ZYNK Events reserves the right to amend these Event Ticket Terms at any time. The latest version published on the official website shall prevail.

21. Acceptance of Event Ticket Terms

Purchase, possession, transfer, or use of a Ticket constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Event Ticket Terms and forms the entire agreement between ZYNK Events and the Ticket Holder.
