By completing a purchase on our website, You (“User”, “You”, “Your”) expressly agree to this Policy and acknowledge that You have read, understood, and accepted its terms of Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Ticket Refund & Cancellation Policy

Tickets Are Non-Refundable

  • All event tickets are strictly non-refundable.
  • Once a ticket is purchased, no cancellation, chargeback, or refund request will be entertained under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
    • Change of personal plans
    • Non-attendance at the event
    • Change of mind
    • Scheduling conflicts
    • Travel issues
    • Illness or medical emergencies

This policy is enforceable under Indian law as tickets are time-bound, perishable, and capacity-based services.

Ticket Transfer Policy

  • Tickets may be transferred to another individual unless explicitly restricted for a specific event.
  • The original purchaser remains responsible for ensuring:
    • Accurate transfer of ticket details
    • Compliance with event entry rules
    • Any misuse or duplication of tickets

The Company is not liable for disputes arising from private ticket transfers between individuals.

Event Changes or Cancellations

In the unlikely event that an event is:

  • Cancelled
  • Postponed
  • Rescheduled
  • Modified materially

The Company’s liability, if any, shall be limited to the remedies expressly communicated for that specific event.
No automatic refunds are guaranteed.

Merchandise Refund & Cancellation Policy

Eligibility for Refund

Merchandise purchased from ZYNK Events is eligible for refund only if all conditions below are met:

  • Refund request is made within 15 days from the date of delivery
  • Item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Original packaging, tags, and invoice are intact
  • Product is not damaged, altered, or tampered with

Non-Refundable Merchandise

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Used or worn merchandise
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Custom-made or limited-edition products
  • Clearance or promotional sale items
  • Digital merchandise or downloadable products

Refund Process for Merchandise

Step-by-Step Process

  1. Refund request must be raised via email at contact@zynkevents.com
  2. Request must include:
    • Order ID
    • Product details
    • Reason for return
    • Supporting images (if applicable)
  3. Upon approval, return instructions will be shared
  4. Refund will be processed after inspection of the returned item

Refund Mode and Timeline

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method only
  • Refund processing time: 7–14 business days after approval
  • Shipping, handling, and convenience fees are non-refundable

Order Errors and Defective Products

If You receive:

  • A defective product
  • An incorrect item
  • A damaged shipment

You must notify Us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
Failure to do so will be deemed as acceptance of the product.

No Chargeback Policy

Chargeback Abuse

Initiating a chargeback without following this Policy constitutes a breach of contract.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
